Milos did a good job accompanying me in my agile transition to become a PO. He did balance his approach between pushing me out of my comfort zone but also accepting and welcoming my resistance and doubts. I was empowered in my own journey  and got very good inputs once I had figured out what my needs were. He made sure that we were giving each other regular feedbacks which made the relationship more efficient and on an equal (peer) level.
